Healing Competition: Shifting from Lack to Abundance
Hello, beauties. Today, I am bringing forward a topic that has been deeply present in my teachings over the past two weeks—lack consciousness and the distortion it creates in our lives.
This is a topic I feel called to explore with you because it is so deeply ingrained in our collective experience.
Lack consciousness shows up in so many ways—competition, low self-worth, unprocessed emotions, and even how we relate to abundance. Together, we will dive into how this distortion disconnects us from our inner truth and source, and how we can begin to shift into a state of abundance consciousness.
In this episode, I explore the roots of lack consciousness and how it manifests in our lives through competition, stress, and avoidance. We examine how this mindset disconnects us from the source and leads us to hide our light and gifts from the world.
I share how a lack of consciousness creates a false sense of safety through control and how it limits our ability to experience the fullness of abundance. By becoming aware of these patterns, we can begin to heal, transform, and release them, opening ourselves to a deeper connection with our truth and the infinite possibilities available to us.
This is the first of three sessions dedicated to healing competition. In this session, we focus on lack of consciousness and awareness—understanding how competition operates within us so we can choose differently.
